Education is in a state of flux and change, again. From who is in charge to who should deliver it, howit should be delivered, what should be delivered and when it should be delivered? There is no why here?

The why of education is not a standalone question; it is a starting point for all the others. It is the difference between the open and closed question in the classroom. Closed questions determine a fixed answer and almost an end point. Open questions produce more questions and the open mindset.
